3. Service Booking and Scheduling

• Booking: To book a cleaning service, you may do so via our website, phone, or email. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful booking.
• Scheduling: We will make every effort to fulfill your requested service time. However, we reserve the right to adjust scheduling as necessary. If a time change is required, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $40.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Prices for our services are displayed on the website or provided at the time of booking based on the scope of the service required. Prices may vary depending on location, service type, and any special requests.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo. A receipt will be provided for all payments.
• Late Payments: If payment is not made within 3 days of the service date, a late fee of 25% will apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access: You are responsible for providing access to the areas to be cleaned. If access is denied or the service cannot be completed due to locked doors or other barriers, we may need to reschedule.
• Pets: If you have pets, please ensure they are secured in a safe area away from the cleaning staff. We are not responsible for any incidents involving pets during the service.
• Special Instructions: If there are specific cleaning instructions (e.g., fragile items, allergies), please inform us ahead of time to ensure proper handling.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Self-Maid Cleaners, LLC is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, such as broken items or faulty plumbing.
• We take all reasonable precautions while cleaning, but we are not liable for damage caused by unavoidable circumstances (e.g., water damage, mold, etc.).
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning service in question.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected from clients is used solely for booking, billing, and communication purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Indemnity

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Self-Maid Cleaners, LLC, its employees, agents, or contractors from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

We are not liable for failure to perform services in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, power failures, or other unforeseen events.
